Patient Portal
We are pleased to announce that we are now using a state-of-the-art Epic patient portal for all non-urgent communication and prescription refill requests.
If you are used to using the patient portal at Northshore (NorthShoreConnect), it will be an easy transition. However, you will need a separate login for the new portal which is a Northwestern supported portal called MyNM.
Many patients are already signed up with MyNM, in which case you can continue to use the same username and password. If you no longer have your username or password for MyNM, call the office and we will reset your login information.
Dr. Vigder will no longer be getting messages from NorthShoreConnect, so please only use MyNM going forward.
