Outside of work Melina enjoys gymnastics and ice skating, and is an animal lover having grown up with 6 dogs.

“What I enjoy most about my work is getting to know and interacting with our patients, learning more about not just their health but their families and personal life. It really makes the job special.”

Nayeli Martinez, CMA

Nayeli became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2008, then a Certified Medical Assistant in 2011. She plays a vital role in patient care, finding fulfillment in helping others and making a meaningful impact on their well-being.

Nayeli has been working with Dr. Vigder since February 2024.

Outside of the office Nayeli is busy with her two children. She enjoys staying active and spending time with her family.

One piece of advice I would give to patients is to take care of yourselves in every aspect. Being mentally healthy is just as important as being physically healthy. We should take care of  every aspect of our health as best as we can to live a long life alongside our loved ones.

“I value the ability to spend quality time with each patient, building trust and ensuring they receive the highest level of care possible.”

Ashley Smith, RN, BSN

As a nurse, Ashley helps coordinate care for the patients by triaging patient calls, helping with medication refills and general order entry. Her role is vital in keeping the office running smoothly, including ordering supplies and scheduling staff.

Ashley has been working with Dr. Vigder since August 2024.

Outside of the office Ashley enjoys scrapbooking, painting, hiking and spending time with family.

“I was drawn to working in healthcare because it felt like a career that one could make a positive impact in the world. In my experience, I have discovered that medicine is both a science and an art. A skilled professional must possess a vast amount of knowledge and be able to deliver expert care in a kind and compassionate way; this kind of challenge makes working in healthcare especially rewarding.”
